I can never bring myself to say lights out when all you want to do is read yourself to sleep. As far as we are concerned, you can get lost in the magic of a book as late as you want my dear.
p.s. You told me today you were sent to the principals office for punching a boy when he wouldnt let you play on the glider at recess. Hmm. I was a little amused at this because you are serious with your glider time, and this boy, he's been a serious brat and bully to you for months. We dont condone hitting. You know hitting is never the answer to a problem, and you learned that today for sure, but dang it Bells, Im glad you had the guts to stand up for yourself.I told you next time tell him "you only pick on me because you like me". But be prepared sweetie, he probably does. Who wouldnt?
