magic happened today. At 734 pm.
Welcome to the world sweet baby Rose. No words can describe our love the instant we saw you. You are 7 pounds 6 ounces and 19 3/4 inches of pure sugar. Not only was it the easiest labor in history, you are healthy and we are so blessed.
ps. About this photo. Before moving us from the labor suite to our recovery room, I told them I had to try a photo I had dreamed up in my mind. Dad and the nurse Kristen were so accomodating with my request and turned the lights off, set you on the warmer all but 2 hours old and let me snap away. (with my still slightly shakey epidural legs) I think you are stunning. My heart is so full.
